Hillcrest Village offers pet-friendly townhomes near you and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live.
We believe that pets are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. While community policies are subject to change, our community currently abides by the following:
- Two pets allowed per townhome
- $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
- $35 pet rent per pet each month
- No weight or breed restrictions
