With all these benefits, we understand why you would want to have a lovable companion to greet you upon your return every evening. Hillcrest Village offers pet-friendly townhomes near you and provides a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. 

We believe that pets are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. While community policies are subject to change, our community currently abides by the following:

  • Two pets allowed per townhome
  • $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet
  • $35 pet rent per pet each month
  • No weight or breed restrictions

  • Monday: 9 AM to - 6 PM
  • Tuesday: 9 AM to - 6 PM
  • Wednesday: 9 AM to - 6 PM
  • Thursday: 9 AM to - 6 PM
  • Friday: 9 AM to - 6 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed
The Leasing Office will remain open during the posted hours; however, apartment tours will not be conducted after dusk. Call or email to secure your tour time, today! Appointments are highly encouraged.
